Reservations must be cancelled 72 HOURS in advance of your trip to be eligible for a refund. You are not eligible for a refund if you arrive late or fail to show up for your scheduled trip. Do not reserve more spaces than you are willing to pay for. Once you have reserved a seat, you will be strictly held to the 72 hour cancellation policy. If you fail to cancel a reservation or provide insufficient notice of cancellation, you WILL be charged full trip fare for all reserved spaces. In the event a trip is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions (to be determined only by the Captain), you have the option of rescheduling a future trip or requesting a full refund. We will make every effort to provide you with ample notice of weather related trip cancellations. The Ocean Princess is not responsible for any additional costs that may be incurred as the result of a cancelled trip. |
